Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Situational Leadership on the Performance of Production Employees at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau in Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The Independent Variable in this study is Situational Leadership, while the Dependent Variable in the study is Employee Performance. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, and the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis using SPSS26. The data collection used a questionnaire with a research sample of 45 respondents, namely production employees at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau. The results of the study showed that overall Situational Leadership had a significant effect on the performance of production employees at PT. Surya Agrolika Reksa Sei Basau, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
