Abstract

INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE MERCURE HOTEL CIKINI, MENTENG DISTRICT, CENTRAL JAKARTA CITY BY: DWI INDAH KARTIKA 185210358 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Compensation and Career Development on Employee Performance at Mercure Hotel Cikini Menteng, Central Jakarta City in 2023. The population in this study was 43 respondents, sampling using the Arikunto Method, the number of samples was taken as a whole. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Path Analysis Test, Partial Least Square, Outer Model, Inner Model, Hypothesis, and Direct Effect. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with data processing using SEM PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that Compensation has a positive effect on the Employee Performance construct at Mercure Hotel Cikini, Menteng District, Central Jakarta City, then career development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Mercure Hotel Cikini, Menteng District, Central Jakarta City. Furthermore, Compensation and Career Development have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Mercure Hotel Cikini, Menteng District, Central Jakarta City.
