Abstract

EFFECT OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. DEXA MEDICA PEKANBARU IMADUDDIN AKBAR NPM: 185210084 The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of employee engagement on employee performance at PT. Dexa Medica Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study are all employees who work at this company. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the determination of the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher, namely 34 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Dexa Medica Pekanbaru.
