Abstract
Research entitled "The Effect of the IBA Hormone (Indole butyric acid) "On the Growth of Two Eucalyptus Clones (Eucalyptus Sp)" carried out in Kerinci Research Nursery PT. RAPP for 3 months starting from June until August 2023. This research aims to determine interactions and The main influence of the hormone IBA (Indole butyric acid) on the growth of two clones eucalyptus (Eucalyptus Sp). This research used a Randomized Design Complete factorial consisting of two factors. The first factor is the IBA hormone (B) with 8 levels of treatment, namely; without IBA, 500 ppm, 1000 ppm, 1500 ppm, 2000 ppm, 2500 ppm, 3000 ppm, 6000 ppm per Kg Talc, while the second factor is a eucalyptus clone (C) with 2 levels of treatment, namely; CEP0108 as well CGP0109. The parameters observed were plant height, stem diameter, survival (percentage of living cuttings), rootstrike (percentage of rooted cuttings), number of roots, grade, and PSQA (Premium Seedling Quality Assessment). Data obtained analysis of variance followed by a further test of Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) at level 5%. The research results show that the interaction between IBA and two hormones Eucalyptus clones had a significant effect on all observation parameters. The best treatment is IBA hormone 1000 ppm/Kg Talc for CEP0108 and 2000 clones ppm/Kg Talc for clone CGP0109.
