Abstract

Problems related to good governance in the management of SKGR (Certificate of Compensation) for land at the Binawidya Sub-district Office in Pekanbaru City are that land management is not completed on time because the sub-district head is often absent, low response from the community who are taking care of land certificates because the requirements are often incomplete, transparency has not been implemented in terms of costs and time in the process of managing land certificates at the Binawidya Sub-district Office in Pekanbaru City, and there is no openness in the details of costs that can be obstacles. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze good governance in the management of SKGR (Certificate of Compensation) for land at the Binawidya Sub-district Office in Pekanbaru City. The informants in this study consisted of the Binawidya Sub-district Head in Pekanbaru City, the Head of Government, and the community who were taking care of SKGR at the Binawidya Sub-district Office in Pekanbaru City. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interview, and document techniques. Data analysis in this study used the data analysis theory put forward by the qualitative data analysis model flow. From the results of the study related to good governance in the management of SKGR (Certificate of Compensation) for land at the Binawidya Sub-district Office in Pekanbaru City, it can be concluded that it has been running quite well, but there are several problems such as the timeliness of service completion and clarity of information that are still felt by the community.
