Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Quality of Public Services in the Management of Micro and Small Business Licenses (IUMK) at the Marpoyan Damai Sub-District Office, Pekanbaru City. This research uses descriptive research type with quantitative data analysis. The indicators used are Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The types and techniques of data collection used consist of primary data, namely data collected by interview techniques and distributing questionnaires and secondary data collected by observation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of observations, interviews, and questionnaires in this study, it can be concluded that the Quality of Public Services in the Management of Micro and Small Business Licenses (IUMK) at the Marpoyan Damai Sub-District Office, Pekanbaru City is at the interval of Fair Assessment.
