Abstract
This study aims to determine the interaction effect and main influence of Organic NPK and Broken Chicken Blood POC on the Growth of Oil Palm Seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) in the Pre-Nursery. The research was carried out in the experimental garden of Riau Islamic University, Pekanbaru, over a period of 4 months from July to October 2023. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors. The first factor is Organic NPK with 4 treatment levels, namely 0, 15, 30 and 45 g per crop. The second factor is the POC concentration of broiler chicken blood consisting of 4 treatment levels of 0, 150, 300 and 450 ml/L of water. The parameters observed were plant height, number of leaf sheaths, length of the longest sheath, stem girth, root volume, number of primary roots and chlorophyll content. The observation data was analyzed statistically and carried out with the Advanced Honestly Significant Difference Test (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results of the research showed that the interaction between giving Organic NPK and Beef Chicken Blood POC had a significant effect on the number of leaf sheaths, length of the longest sheath, stem diameter, root volume, number of primary roots and chlorophyll content. The best treatment is a combination of Organic NPK treatment 45 g/plant and Slaughtered Chicken Blood POC 450 ml/L water.
