Abstract

THE EFFECT OF JOB TRAINING ON COMPETENCE OF EMPLOYEES IN THE DEPARTEMENT CAPITAL PT. RAPP DI PANGKALAN KURAS KAB. PELALAWAN By : RAUDATUL SAKILA NPM : 165210942 this study aims to determine the effect ofjob training on the competence of employess of the social capital department of PT.Rapp at the base of kuras kab. Pelalawan. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative using primary and secondary data used through interviews and questionnaires. the population in this study were all employess in the social capital departement who had attended the training., consisting of 50 employess as respondents using the census method. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the parsial study or the t-test of job training have a positive and significant effect on the competence of PT. Rapp employess the kuras kab. Pelalawan, with a t-count of 5.138 while the t-table is 1.687 because t- count > from t-table , Ho is rejected an Ha is accepted, and contributes to this study with a value of 0.355, this shows 35,5% change in work comptence should be determined by the independent variable, namely, job training variable, while 64,5% is determined by other factors not observed by this study.
