Abstract

ANALYSIS OF CONSUMER ATTITUDE IN USING POND'S BRAND CLEANSER CREAM WITH THEORY OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR MODEL (CASE STUDY OF MAHARATU KELURAHAN, PEKANBARU CITY) By: Riza Riwahyuni 165210887 The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze consumer attitudes in using Pond's facial cleansing cream with the TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) model in Maharatu Village, Pekanbaru City. Benefits This research provides input to other researchers in conducting further research on the same topic and adds insight and knowledge to researchers in the field of consumers. Total sample of 50 respondents, data collection methods through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study show that based on the observed variables, consumer attitudes are felt by the people of the Maharatu Sub-District, Pekanbaru City. The community has an average positive influence on the analysis of consumer attitudes in using pond's facial cleansing cream. Analysis of the attitude of respondents in using pond's facial cleansing cream with the TPB model is in the good category.
