Abstract

ANALYSIS OF THE EVALUATION OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE SAND WHITE ROAD PROJECT WITH PERT METHOD (PROGRAM EVALUATION AND REVIEW TECHNIQUE) AND CPM (CRITICAL PATH METHOD) AT PT. VIRA JAYA RIAU PUTRA Hadi Dwi Saputra The purpose of this research is to evaluate management time of the Pasir Putih road construction project by PT. Vira Jaya Riau Putra using the PERT method (Project Evaluation and Review Technique) and CPM (Critical Path Methode). The results of this study indicate that in planning the construction of the Pasir Putih road takes 120 days, after calculating using the PERT method the project can completed within 118 days and using the CPM method can faster, namely to 90 days from the normal time of 120 days. Result Duration the optimal time for the implementation of the Pasir Putih Road project is 90 days from time normal 120 days on CPM analysis and 118 days on PERT analysis.
