Abstract
The problem of employee performance at the Dompet Dhuafa company, Pekanbaru City, has experienced a decline in the last three years. This can be seen from the level of employee absences and the allocation of funding in several sectors such as education. The Dompet Dhuafa company in achieving its vision and mission must certainly improve the performance of employees at work. With the provision of financial compensation and training to employees, it is expected to be able to increase the level of employee performance in working at the company. This research is a quantitative study with data sources obtained through a questionnaire instrument for respondents' answers to employees at the Dompet Dhuafa company, Pekanbaru City. The results of this study state that the variables of financial compensation and training partially have a significant effect on employee performance at the Dompet Dhuafa company, Pekanbaru City. Simultaneously the results of this study conclude that together the variables of financial compensation and training affect the performance of employees at the Dompet Dhuafa company, Pekanbaru City. And the results of this study indicate that 97.5% of employee performance variables are influenced by financial compensation and training variables. While the remaining 2.5% is influenced by variables not included in this study. Thus, the research results are useful for the Dompet Dhuafa company in Pekanbaru City in increasing the level of employee performance in working at the company.
