Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT SRI INDRAYANI SARIAH HOTEL IN PEKANBARU CITY By: AGUNG KURNIAWAN. N 165210781 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Sri Indrayani Syariah Hotel in Pekanbaru City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting data obtained from respondents through distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 35 respondents. Types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques are by interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS V.22. The results of the T-test study show that Physical Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), and Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Empathy (X5) have a positive and significant effect on the variable Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at the Sri Indrayani Syariah Hotel In Pekanbaru City. While the results of the F test (Simultaneous) Physical Evidence (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), Empathy (X5) have a joint effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at the Sri Indrayani Syariah Hotel In Pekanbaru City.
