Abstract

this study aims to analyze the effect of Job Crafting on Employee Work engagement at Hotel Aryaduta Pekanbaru. This research is a research with a quantitative descriptive approach by distributing questionnaires to 59 employees who do Job Crafting in several departments at the Hotel Aryaduta Pekanbaru Branch. Based on the results of the study using the t test, it can be concluded that job crafting has a positive and significant effect on Work engagement at Hotel Arya Duta Pekanbaru, meaning that every increase in job crafting will increase employee Work engagement at Hotel Arya Duta Pekanbaru by 56.3% while the rest 43.7% (100% - 56.3%) is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
