Abstract

Study this aim know QoS data from indihome internet service provider (ISP) . and mayatama , so para user service Internet service knows which one has good quality . So from that need done measurement and analysis quality service Internet using Quality of Service ( QoS ) parameters for get QoS data from each ISP . Do Observation in a manner live on WLANs indihome and mayatama which has the same bandwidth of 20mbps, observations are made to measure or find out network conditions to be studied. Data collection uses the wireshark application to find out the values for the parameters Troughput , Delay , Jitter and Packet Loss . QoS parameters were tested against the Zoom and Live Streaming YouTube applications. Based on ISP measurements, Indihome has a Qos value when live streaming YouTube , which is 3.25 in a good category. For ISP Mayatama, when live streaming YouTube , it has a QoS value of 3.50 in a good category. And when doing a zoom meeting , the Indihome ISP has a QoS value of 3.50 in a good category. For ISP Mayatama, when doing a zoom meeting , it has a QoS value of 3.25 in a good category, in which both ISPs have equally good quality. The two ISPs are categorized as good according to TIPHON standards.
