Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of increasing active learning and student learning outcomes in economics subjects through an Active Knowledge Sharing Strategy in class XI IPS 2 at SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted on August 23, 2022 to September 2, 2022. The research subjects were students of class XI IPS 2 at Pekanbaru State High School, with a total of 35 students consisting of 19 male students and 16 female students. The method used in this research is Class Action which consists of two cycles starting from 1) planning 2) implementation 3) observation 4) reflection which one cycle consists of two meetings, namely one meeting of the implementation of the learning process and one meeting of daily tests. Data collection techniques used are observations/observations, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The conclusion from this study was that there was an increase in student learning activeness, namely in the first cycle of 67% with the category of sufficient activity and increased in cycle II, namely 85% with the category of very strong activity of a total of 35 students. And there is an increase in student learning outcomes, namely in cycle 1 of 71% of students who complete and increase in cycle II of 91% of students who complete of a total of 35 students by applying the Active Knowledge Sharing Strategy in class XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru on subjects economy.
