Abstract

Land is the surface of the earth used for business. Land is a wealth that is more binding than other wealth laws. Article 4 paragraph (2) explains that the rights referred to in paragraph (1) give authority to use the land in question, as well as the earth's body and water and the space above it. This thesis research has two problem formulations, namely: first, what is the form of legal regulation for the execution of disputed land that has permanent legal force and second, how is the application of land execution regulations that have permanent legal force based on court decision Number 4444 / K / Pdt / 2022 in Pandau Jaya Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This type of thesis research uses normative juridical legal research (observational research), namely using a survey data collection tool, namely by going to the field to obtain materials and applicable laws and regulations. So this research was carried out directly at the location. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis, meaning that this research provides a description and examines and analyzes a complete, detailed and clear statement regarding the analysis of the implementation of the execution of disputed land in Kampar Regency. The method of formulating the research results obtained by the author is that the implementation of the execution that has permanent legal force is not immediately carried out with the applicable legal process, this is because the losing party, namely the bachnir party, does not accept the execution process of the building on the land object located in Pandau Jaya Village, Kampar Regency, Riau Province.
