Abstract

The research was carried out at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University Riau, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution KM 11 No. 133, Air Winter Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine interaction and main influence of Quail Manure and Organic NPK on production cucumber plants (Cucumis sativus L.). This research was carried out for 4 years months starting from October 2022 to January 2023. This research using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors. First factor is the dose of Quail Manure (P factor) consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 0.8, 1.6 and 2.4 kg/plot. and the second factor uses organic NPK (N factor) consisting of 4 levels are 0, 7.5, 15 and 22.5 g/plant. So there are 16 combinations treatment with 3 repetitions. The parameters observed were flowering age, percentage of pistils becoming fruit, harvest age, number of fruit per plant, fruit weight per plant, fruit weight per fruit and number of remaining fruit. Observation data analyzed statistically and further tested at BNJ level of 5%. Based on the results research that has been carried out can be concluded that the interaction of giving Quail manure and organic NPK have a real influence on the parameters number of fruit per plant, fruit weight per plant and fruit weight per fruit. The best treatment is Quail manure at a dose of 1.6 kg/plot and organic NPK 22.5 g/plant. The main effect of quail droppings was evident on all parameters observation. The best treatment is quail droppings at a dose of 1.6 kg/plot. Influence main real organic NPK against all observation parameters. Treatment The best is organic NPK at a dose of 22.5 g/plant.
