Abstract

THE PERFORMANCE OF THE DIRECTORATE OF SECURITY OF VITAL OBJECTS POLDA RIAU IN SECURITY OF NATIONAL VITAL OBJECTS AT PT. PERTAMINA HULU ROKAN (PHR) MINAS FIELD AREA ROKAN WORKING RIAU PROVINCE ABSTRACT By ERNI YUSNITA To be able to carry out their duties properly, members of the Riau Police Ditpamobvit are also required to have readiness and alertness in every guard duty they carry out. The main objective of this study is to know and analyze the performance of the Directorate of Security of Vital Objects of the Riau Police in Security of National Vital Objects at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Minas Field, Rokan Working Area, Riau Province. This type of research is qualitative. The number of research informants was 6 people with the Director of the Riau Police Dipamobvit as key informants. Data collection techniques by interviews and data analysis in this study used on-site data analysis techniques developed by Miles Huberman. The results of the study show that the performance of the Directorate of Security of Vital Objects of the Riau Police in Security of National Vital Objects at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Minas Field, Rokan Working Area, Riau Province, has not been optimal based on indicators of quantity, quality, timeliness, attendance and ability to cooperate. Some of the obstacles encountered in the Performance of the Directorate of Security of Vital Objects of the Riau Police in Security of National Vital Objects at PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Minas Field, Rokan Working Area, Riau Province, in terms of the number of security officers, it is still lacking when compared to the level of danger in the PT area. PHR WK Rokan Minas Field which can potentially cause threats and security disturbances. It is expected to increase the number of human resources who serve as security at PT. PHR Field Minas WK Rokan, according to Ditpamobvitnas guidelines the minimum strength of security personnel is 4 (four) teams consisting of 7 to 11 people with the implementation of tasks according to the time schedule divided into 3 groups for 8 working hours each
