Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of bokashi koro rawe and eco-enzymes on the growth and yield of Cilembu sweet potato. The research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Islamic University of Riau, for six months from August to December 2022. The experimental design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with factorial methods consisting of two factors. The first factor was the administration of Bokashi Koro Rawe (B) at 4 levels: 0, 300, 600, 900 g/mound and the second factor was the administration of Ecoenzyme (C) at 4 levels: 0, 80, 90, 100 ml/l. Parameters observed were the number of tubers per plant (tuber), tuber weight per tuber (g), tuber weight per mound (g), longest tuber length (cm), largest tuber diameter (cm), wet chest weight (g), index harvest and degree of sweetness (brix). Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ follow-up test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction between bokashi koro rawe and eco-enzyme had a significant effect on all observations. The best treatment was found in a combination of 900 g/bundle bokashi koro rawe and 100 ml/bundle eco-enzyme (B3C3). The main effect of real bokashi koro rawe on all observations with the best treatment was B3 = 900 g/bun. The main effect of real eco-enzyme concentration on all observations with the best treatment is C3 = 100 ml/l.
