Abstract

This Ilham store is a wholesaler engaged in fashion, selling men's clothing, The problem experienced by this store is the problem of monitoring the number of stock of goods, because the store owner only guesses in ordering goods, this can cause excess and shortcomings in the number of stock of goods. In addition, the process of processing transaction data that is still carried out manually is using bonds that can pose a risk of loss and damage. Based on the existing problems, a Goods Inventory System was built to support the business activities of Toko Ilham. This system will apply the Reorder Point (ROP) method which will calculate the minimum limit of goods for reordering goods which must pay attention to the waiting time (lead time) so that stock out does not occur so that it becomes an obstacle during the sales process. The system will use the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and the database will use Mysql. The system uses black box testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). The results of this research are that the system can help Toko Ilham in inventorying goods, reordering according to needs, black box testing produces valid information or as expected, and user acceptance test (UAT) testing has a 94% success presentation.
