Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Pekanbaru Car Tire and Wheel Empire. The population in this study are consumers who have bought wheels and cars at Imperium, totaling 968 individuals or organizations. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, which was based on research objectives and considerations and by using the Lemeshow formula with a total of 100 people, Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative descriptive analysis and SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that price and service quality partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Imperium Tire and Car Wheels Pekanbaru.
