Abstract

Indihome is a digital service that provides internet, telephone and interactive TV (indihome TV) with a wide selection of packages. The Indihome package used in this study uses a package with a bandwidth of 10 Mbps and 20 Mbps. The presence of computer network technology and the internet has developed over time in the modern era, indihome internet makes it easy to communicate in social life. At this time the quality of the Indihome network experienced by customers sometimes experiences a decrease in network stability when video streaming (watching videos) and slow internet network (lag) when doing live streaming (live broadcasts). Quality Of Service (QoS) parameter measurements are used to determine the factors and categories of internet service quality at indihome with 10 Mbps and 20 Mbps bandwidth. This study uses QoS parameters, namely throughput, jitter, delay, and packet loss which will be displayed using wireshark software. QoS measurements were made when video streaming on twitch.tv and live streaming on twitch studio on the indihome network 10 Mbps and 20 Mbps. The results of measurements carried out with the quality of the internet network on the indihome network 10 Mbps and 20 Mbps are both categorized as "good" results, but the average Indihome QoS value of 20 mbps is greater, namely 3.75, this is because the average packet value loss on the Indihome 20 mbps network is very good at 2.26%, while the average packet loss value on the Indihome 10 mbps network is bad at 74.95%
