Abstract

Individual performance will affect the regional apparatus as a whole because individual success will measure the success of an existing regional apparatus. Developments that require individual performance to survive in a competition that requires the company to show good performance, the management feels the need to measure its ability and use these opportunities and be able to collect problems and sort out to carry out the adaptation process properly. This study aims to determine how the influence of the use of information technology, organizational culture and accounting information systems on individual performance in SKPD Kuantan Singingi Regency either partially or simultaneously. This research method is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis techniques and using a sample of 22 SKPD Kuantan Singingi Regency. The results of this study indicate that the use of information technology, organizational culture and accounting information systems has a significant effect on individual performance either partially or simultaneously. There is an influence of 96.7% given by each variable in this study on the individual performance of SKPD in Kuantan Singingi Regency.
