Abstract

Public service malls according to PERMENPANRB No. 92 of 2021 concerning technical guidelines for the implementation of public service malls are the integration of public services in one place as an effort to increase the speed, convenience, reach, comfort, and security of services. In an effort to improve the image of quality services based on the implementation of good governance principles. The principle of good governance is a reference for the implementation of services at MPP to be in accordance with what is desired, as well as efforts from the government to improve service quality. However, in reality, the implementation of good governance in MPP still requires improvement in each service. Many things are obstacles and obstacles in the implementation of good governance principles in the Dumai City MPP. So that efforts are needed to improve the quality of service optimally. The main problem in this study is how to implement the principles of good governance in the Dumai City MPP based on Law no. 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services and efforts to improve the implementation of good governance principles in the Dumai City MPP. The research method used in this study is empirical legal research that allows researchers to go directly into the field, in order to collect primary data obtained from respondents through interviews and questionnaires. This research is descriptive, namely providing an overview of the implementation of good governance principles in the Dumai City MPP which focuses on Law no. 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services. Based on the results of the research, it can be seen that the implementation of the principle of good governance in the Dumai MPP based on Law no. 25 of 2009 concerning public services, namely the Dumai City MPP always tries its best to provide services that are in accordance with the principles of good governance and based on the legal rules that have been set. In addition, public service malls have made efforts to improve the implementation of good governance principles. Starting from increasing transparency with information disclosure, supporting activities for community participation, strengthening the accountability system, making the Punishment Decree an effort to improve law enforcement, planning the latest innovations to increase effectiveness and efficiency, and applying fairly to every service recipient.
