Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is a significant influence between work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Meranti Vision. The sample in this study were all employees of PT. Meranti Vision, totaling 55 people. The sampling technique uses a census sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by means of interviews and questionnaires. Data processing techniques using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation (positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work environment and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This result can be interpreted that the better the work environment prepared by the company and efforts to increase employee morale, it will encourage employees of PT. Meranti Vision to provide maximum performance.
