The analysis method used in this study is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to describe the condition of Motuyoko Park. While quantitative descriptive is conducted to determine the effect of visits to Motuyoko Park in improving the economy of street vendors in Tualang District using a simple linear regression analysis method, and the population and sample in this study were 10 street vendors. The results obtained are (l) The condition of the facilities in Motuyoko Park are in good condition such as fields, chairs, stages, fences, trash cans, prayer rooms, park lights, playgrounds and parking lots, but only lack chair facilities when there is a surge of visitors on holidays and events. (2) From the results of the output test of the effect of visits to Motuyoko Park in improving the economy of street vendors using a simple linear regression analysis method, the calculated T is 0.474 and the T table is 1.860, so it can be concluded that 0.474 is smaller than <1.860, which means that statistically there is no significant effect between the effect of visits to Motuyoko Park on improving the economy of street vendors in Tualang District
