Abstract
This area has a fairly high level of vulnerability to landslide disasters both on a large and small scale. The purpose of this study is to determine the characteristics and types of soil in the research area, determine the influence of water intensity on slope stability, find out what is the most optimal slope value, and find out changes in subsurface conditions that are influenced by 3 factors (water, rainfall intensity and slope slope). The research methods used are sampling methods in the field and laboratory analysis, where the laboratory analysis is by landslide simulation method with a simulator tool, then granulometry analysis, atterbeg limit testing, calculation of water content contained in the soil before and after rain simulation and geoelectric methods using Res2dinv software. From the granulometric results, it was found that the dominance of the granules was 0.18 mm including the size of very fine sand and obtained the type of plasticity, namely fine sandy clay, in sample 1 there was an avalanche along 17 cm, in sample 2 there was an avalanche of 64 cm and sample 3 there was no avalanche, there was Different resistivity values and it can be concluded that the lower resistivity value will cause landslides, while resistivity zones that are higher or drier will be difficult to experience landslides.
