Abstract
corn grinding machine is a machine that functions to crush dry corn kernels into fine pieces which are used as animal feed. This corn grinding machine with automatic system uses Arduino as a microcontroller. The aim of designing a corn grinding machine is to produce a machine design where the grinding process is integrated and effective. This research uses methods such as literature study, mechanical design, microcontroller programming and machine performance testing. This corn grinding machine consists of the main components, namely a 1.5 HP electric motor with an engine speed of 2,800 rpm, grinding chamber, frame, outlet funnel, intake funnel, blade, filter, pulley and v-belt. The results of this research after testing 3 times resulted in an average time of 131 seconds, with a tool capacity of 28.1 kg/hour. It is hoped that the design of a corn grinding machine with a remote control system will help farmers increase the productivity of their corn harvest.
