Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the effect of social capital on nurse performance (community perspective at the Kuok Nursing Health Center. The population of this study were 36 nurses and 36 members of the community. Furthermore, this research took a saturated sample, that is, all populations were sampled. So that the number of samples used was 72 samples. The data used in primary data, namely data derived from questionnaires distributed to nurses and the public. Data analysis used Simple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 24. The results showed that social capital had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Kuok Nursing Health Center. The magnitude of the influence of social capital on performance with an R value of 56.5%
