Abstract

Appraisers have the authority and responsibility to value property. In determining the feasibility of property assets, appraisers spend up to three hours of discussion and appraisers often get uncertainty in the discussion in making the right decision to determine the feasibility of assets. To solve this problem, a web-based decision support system with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was built to determine the feasibility of property assets, so that it can produce good decisions and more efficient time. Criteria for legality, topography, asset conditions, social or environmental facilities that can affect value, and road width. The final result in this study is to provide asset eligibility information in the form of values from the (SAW) algorithm and ranking. In testing the Decision Support System for property asset eligibility using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, this system has a very agreeable percentage value of 85% so that this system is feasible to be implemented
