Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of growth Opportunity, Laverage, Net Working Capital, and Firm Size on Cash Holding in Property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples used was 51 companies obtained from purposive sampling method. In this study using regression methods and panel data obtained using the Eviews application. The results of the analysis show that growth opportunity, leverage, and firm size have no significant effect on cash holding, while net working capital has a significant effect on cash holding.
