Abstract

The high number of people who own electronic devices is a particular concern for their owners. Damage to electronic devices that can occur at any time is an unavoidable problem. However, information regarding the offer of electronic repair services can be seen to be still quite minimal. Therefore, a system is needed to distribute information related to the provision of electronic repair services. In this research, the application was created on a website basis. After implementing and testing the system that had been created, a result of 84.33% was obtained through calculations using the Likert scale method. This application can still be developed to have even better performance.
