Abstract
Manpower greatly influences the progress of the company, the position of the workforce as an agent of development has a role in increasing the productivity and welfare of the company must be empowered so that a company is able to compete in the global era, in national development the workforce has a very important role and position as an actor in development goals . Labor is the most important factor in the production process. As a means of production, labor is more important than other means of production such as raw materials, land, water and so on. The main problem in this research is how the implementation of an unspecified time work agreement at PT. RAPP Pangkalan Kerinci According to Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Employment? What are the Constraints in the Unspecified Time Work Agreement at PT. RAPP Pangkalan Kerinci According to Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower? This research method uses a type of sociological law or survey, namely by going directly to the field. While the nature of this research is descriptive in nature, namely a description of the nature of an individual, condition or other symptoms in the community environment. RAPP Pangkalan Kerinci for its employees runs smoothly, but the overtime pay received by workers has not worked as it should, as a result in the agreement stipulated by this company if the grade is above 3C they do not receive overtime pay anymore, but they still work more than the time that has been set. determined by law. Obstacles that occur in not providing overtime pay for a predetermined grade, the result is that agreements that are not held by employees are only held by the company, and the position of workers is weak compared to company leaders, and workers feel they do not have wider power than on the company.
