Abstract

Finance is an important thing for the company. Every company pays attention to its financial condition, both large and small companies; this is due to the development of increasingly advanced business fields and intense competition between one company and another. Companies and business activities are always careful in making policies to maintain the continuity of the company and to maintain the company's existence both in facing competition and expanding business so as to strengthen its market position. At the Darunnajah Education Center Training Course Institute, the financial reporting system still uses the manual method. This can cause data collection errors in financial data, which can result in losses to the company. With the problems above, the Darunnajah Education Center Training Course Institute needs an application that can simplify the process of collecting financial reports and facilitate the process of collecting data for financial reports. This information system aims to improve the efficiency, quality, and performance of each piece of information displayed. Because of that, the author is interested in building an information system entitled Financial Information System at the Darunnajah Education Center Course and Training Institute using the Unified Modeling Language Method. From the results of black box testing, the system can function as expected, and no deficiencies were found in the system that has been built.
