Abstract
In the construction industry, project delays and over-budget costs are common problems. Project delays can occur due to several factors, such as design changes, lack of coordination between related parties, and material procurement problems that are not on time. The BIM concept is present as one solution to this problem. Building Information Modeling is a concept that integrates all project information in 3D for coordination, simulation, and visualization facilities between stakeholders. The BIM based software used is Autodesk Revit which is able to carry out the quantity take off calculation process while in scheduling Autodesk Naviswork software is used. This research uses quantitative methods, namely in the form of DED image data, RAB and time schedule obtained from the Contactor. Based on the acquisition of data from this method, it was found that the purpose of this research was to 3D model objects observed with the BIM concept, find out the difference in the calculation of the volume of Quantity Take Off BIM results with conventional, and schedule objects observed with the BIM concept. The results of the study show that 3D modeling produced by BIM can be useful in the field, where there are often misunderstandings during development due to mismatches between 2D images and in the field. In the calculation of total work material requirements, there is also a difference between the volume results of the BIM method and the conventional method, with concrete material by 8,71% more conventional methods than BIM and on iron material by 16,55% more conventional methods than the BIM method. The results of the scheduling plan simulation were obtained for 228 days starting on April 19, 2021 and finishing on December 3, 2021
