Abstract

Hospitals have various types of health services that can be featured so that patients remain loyal. Apart from the proper facilities, it is also the service of medical staff which is the most important value for visitors and patients. Good service quality is not only measured by the glamor of facilities, completeness of equipment and appearance, but the behavior and attitude of employees must reflect their skills and have high responsibility. The purpose of this research is to find out how public opinion on hospital services in pekanbaru and compare which method is the best between NAIVE BAYES , K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR and CONVULOTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK in analyzing public reviews of hospitals in pekanbaru which contain several sentiment classes, namely positive and negative. The results of the NAIVE BAYES accuracy value of 87%, K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR of 67% and CONVULOTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK of 97%.
