Abstract

Manual congregation data management often poses challenges for church administration, as seen in GPdI Eben Haezer Lubuk Dalam. To address these limitations, this study developed a web-based information system using the Waterfall method. The stages included requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The system was designed to efficiently manage congregation data, financial transactions, and activity schedules. Testing was conducted using Black Box and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methods, involving users such as pastors and church administrative staff. The testing results showed that the system effectively improved data processing speed and accuracy, reduced the risk of data loss, and enhanced information accessibility for users. This system not only facilitates church administration but also has the potential to serve as a model for similar system development in other organizations.
