Abstract
ACHIEVEMENT OF AVAILABLE SETTLEMENT ENVIRONMENTS OF SUB-SUBSISTED HOUSING PROGRAM BASED ON LOW-INCOME COMMUNITY (MBR) IN KUBANG JAYA VILLAGE ANDITA 183410336 ABSTRACT Rapid population growth increased occupancy. There is an increase in population and the need for houses, and the availability of land that can be used for housing has not increased, which has resulted in expensive land and house prices. High house prices are an obstacle for low-income people (MBR) in realizing their dream of buying a house. To meet the needs of low-income people, an effective alternative is needed for people to have the purchasing power of a house. This study aims to determine the achievement of the realization of a livable residential environment in the low-income community-based subsidized housing program (MBR) in Kubang Jaya Village. The research approach used is deductive with evaluative research and qualitative descriptive methods and is measured using a Likert scale to measure the level of occupancy. The measurement tools for this research were questionnaires, field observations, and interviews. The results of the study showed that the occupancy rate was an average of 76%, so the housing conditions related to facilities and infrastructure at the housing location were in the proper category. The results of this assessment were obtained from the respondents' answers as housing residents. If seen from SNI-03-1733-2004 regarding the procedures for planning residential neighborhoods in urban areas where the level of occupancy at Griya Harmoni Housing is less than eligibility because several eligibility factors are not in accordance with the achievement standards, such as the physical condition of residential buildings, there is no adequate ventilation. there should be air circulation in the house, drainage conditions that are not connected to landfills, and roads with holes, for education, health, and worship facilities under the achievement radius set according to SNI-03-1733-2004 so that for eligibility it is included in an eligible category.Livable, Subsidized Housing, Low Income Community (MBR)
