Abstract

PT.Tunggal Perkasa Plantation's Corporate Social Responsibility communication strategy in community empowerment in the Pasir Penyu District Aisyah Putri Fahrina 179110150 This study aims to determine the CSR communication strategy of the company PT Tunggal Perkasa Plantation in community empowerment in Pasir Penyu District. Communication strategy is a communication plan to achieve the desired goals. in this study, researchers used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. In this study the data collected were in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. Qualitative is easier when dealing with multiple realities, which means that in this method more dealing with real data or with a supportive environment from a research title. The results in this study are the company's communication strategy from various forms of programs carried out by PT. Tunggal Perkasa Plantation, namely implementing health programs, improving the economy, improving road structures, and providing the best quality of educational services for children of employees and the Lingkar Village community. the company's obstacle in a community strategy is lack of understanding of the program planned by the company and the community that supports it to improve the community's economy.
