Abstract

This study aims to determine BUMDES Communication Patterns in Socializing Programs to Communities in Sungai Buluh Village, Singingi Hilir District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Researchers used observation, interviews and documentation to collect the data needed in this study. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out, the researchers concluded that the pattern of communication in socializing the BUMDES Amanah Sejahtera program to the community has been going quite well. Where BUMDES Amanah Sejahtera has carried out all the stages in the communication pattern. With no boundaries in communicating between relevant stakeholders within BUMDES Amanah Sejahtera, it can be categorized as a communication pattern that occurs is a star communication pattern. Factors that hinder BUMDES Amanah Sejahtera's communication patterns in socializing their programs to the people of Sungai Buluh Village include human resources from BUMDES managers who are not yet experts in using technology in program socialization, then the community's understanding of the advantages of BUMDES, and not all Sungai Village people Reed uses social media in everyday life.
