Abstract

According to Jembari, dkk (2015) revealed that two-dimensional animation effectively improves learning outcomes. In addition, two-dimensional animation also supports innovative and fun learning. Speech skills (Maharah Al-Kalam) is the ability to express articulation sounds or words to express thoughts in the form of ideas, opinions, desires or feelings. In this case, researchers are trying to create a learning introduction tool that is used as a medium (animated film media) in the Arabic learning process for grade I MTS Al- Kautsar Pekanbaru students, so that students will easily improve their Arabic speaking skills well and can improve their mastery of Arabic in general. The purpose of this research is to find out how deep the effectiveness of the use of animated film media is towards improving Arabic speaking skills in the modern Al-Kautsar class I KMI cottage. This type of research is quantitative using experimental design. Data collection techniques using Observation, Test and Documentation. And this research was conducted at Pondok Modern Al-Kautsar Pekanbaru with a population of 30 people.
