Abstract

At this time, oil and gas (oil and gas) is still the main source of energy in Indonesia and the world.in the midst of increasing energy demand and decreasing production from conventional oil and gas fields.therefore, Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) technology is needed, one of which is the hydraulic fracturing method which can be an option to increase oil and gas production. In this study, there is a Z field which is a gas field. In field Z there are 3 wells, namely AB-1, AB-2, and AB-3 wells whose characteristics of gas reservoirs in layer G have low permeability (0.05–10 mD) and there is one phenomenon, namely the influence of non-darcy flow. so that hydraulic fracturing (HF) stimulation is carried out to achieve economical production. Economic analysis needs to be carried out on the HF design work on the three wells using the Gross Split profit-sharing scheme method with economic indicators namely NPV, IRR, and POT to determine the feasibility of the HF design of the three wells. Based on the results of the economic analysis of the HF design work that has been carried out, this HF design project has economic value or is feasible with the results in the AB-1 well obtained an NPV of 329,417 US$, an IRR of 122% and a POT for 5 months, while in the AB-2 well an NPV of 117,518 US$, an IRR of 55% and a POT for 7 months, and in the AB-3 well an NPV of 1,052,786 US$, POT for 2 months. Sensitivity analysis was carried out by reducing or increasing by 20% to 80% and 120%. Based on the results of the sensitivity analysis, gas prices and cumulative production are the parameters that have the most influence on NPV and IRR results.
