Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of learning material on faith in Allah on the honesty of students at SMA N 2 Tualang Riau Province. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. Taking The sample in this study used a stratified random sample sampling, because it has strata or levels in the population. The population in this study was 94 divided students from 3 classes. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques using the t-test statistical test technique (simple linear regression test) using SPSS version 22. The results of this study show that there is the influence of Variable X (Material faith in Allah) on Variable Y (Students' Honesty) at SMA N 2 Tualang Riau Province. The level of application of learning faith material to Allah (variable X) of 0.8489 or 84.89% of that value if interpreted it is in the interval 81% - 100% with very good level. So the results of learning faith material to Allah (variable X) 84.89% is said to be very good. And level students' honesty (variable Y) then learning faith material to Allah of 0.8730 or 87.30% This value if interpreted to be in the interval 0.81 – 1,000 with a level very high. So the results of student honesty (variable Y) namely 87.30% is said to be very high. Based on the findings has been collected, then you can get a significance value of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.01) means that the hypothesis in this research is accepted namely, there is an influence on learning material about faith in God towards the honesty of students at SMA N 2 Tualang, Riau Province.
