Abstract

Communication Strategy of Pekanbaru City Health Insurance Administration Agency Office in Disseminating the BPJS the Online System Putra Yandri Adi NPM. 169110191 The National Health Insurance Program under the auspices of BPJS Health is a new program created by the government so that development communication is needed that can create social change in society. Socialization is the right way to provide information on something new to the general public so that there is no misunderstanding of information so as to produce a response from the target of the socialization. The management of BPJS Health in Pekanbaru is directly carried out by BPJS Health Pekanbaru City itself, in this case it is managed by the Head of the Health Insurance Section who is at the Pekanbaru branch office and the socialization is carried out by the marketing unit. The purpose of this study is the communication strategy of the Pekanbaru City Health Insurance Administration Agency in disseminating the National Health Insurance Program through the online system and its inhibiting factors. The research method used is a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were the Head of the Office as many as 1 person and employees of the Participant and Participant Services Division as many as 3 people as well as the public who managed BPJS cards as many as 5 people. Based on the results of research and discussion conducted by the author, it is concluded that the communication strategy of BPJS Kesehatan Pekanbaru in disseminating the JKN (National Health Insurance) program has not been fully effective, it can be seen from the information about this online program that has not been fully accepted by the public, because there are still many people which takes care through a manual system.
