Abstract
The drilling of well X Field Y aims to increase the hydrocarbon absorption point in the reservoir layer of Layer-L limestone at Eq. Subang's Jati Asri Formation. Wells were drilled in a direction with targets at each TVD depth, namely 1126.60 m, 1467.04 m, 2088.95 m, 2669.26 m. During the drilling operation, a pipestuck problem occurred at a depth of 1597 MD. The formation penetrated contained carbonate rock with clay inserts, so the drilling sequence had to be interrupted at a depth of 1547 MD. The well X drilling trajectory survey was calculated using the minimum of curvacture method, because this method has a high level of strength compared to other methods. After the analysis, it shows that the deviation of the drilling trajectory towards the reservoir target is Target 1 ?East= -24.17808 m, ?North= -2.6561009 m, ?TVD= -65.3236 m. Target 2 ?East= -15.92012 m , ?North= -3.026260 m , ?TVD= -2.18585 m. Target 3 ?East= -10.710714 m , ?North= - 8.119173 m , ?TVD= - 5.539375 m. Target 4 ?East= -6.025496 m , ?North= 0.984249 m , ?TVD= - 1.0614311m. From these results it can be seen that the largest deviation in the target 1 TVD is -65.3236m.
