Abstract
Productivity requires labor as one of the factors that determines the quality and success of a job. Increasing productivity is closely related to the time needed to complete a job and can also directly influence the amount of costs required. Productivity cannot be separated from the use of labor which is one of the important factors in measuring the performance of a construction industry worker. The aim of this research is to calculate the value of the coefficient of labor productivity in column reinforcement work on the Physical CWR -02 Building C UTC construction project, to find out the comparison of the labor productivity coefficient for column filling work in the field and the 2022 Indonesian National Standard (SNI). The method used in this research uses a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out on the CWR -02 Building C UTC Physical construction project, using a descriptive quantitative approach method. Data processing uses computer software assistance in writing in the form of Microsoft Word, processing research data in the form of numbers using Microsoft Excel software. From the results of the research analysis, it can be seen that the labor productivity coefficient value for the column ironing work on the CWR -02 Physical construction project, Building C UTC, is for the foreman at 0.0038, the head craftsman at 0.0057, the ironworker at 0.0280, and the worker at 0. ,0636. The comparison of the labor productivity coefficient for column filling work in the field and the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) is that the coefficient for the foreman in the field is smaller than the coefficient for the foreman in the SNI (0.0038 < 0.004). The coefficient for the head craftsman in the field is smaller than the coefficient for the head craftsman at SNI (0.0057 < 0.007). The blacksmith coefficient in the field is smaller than the blacksmith coefficient on SNI (0.0280 < 0.070). The coefficient for workers in the field is smaller than the coefficient for workers on SNI (0.0636 < 0.070).
