Abstract

The rapid development of infrastructure development in line with work accidents also continues to increase. Awareness of the importance of OSH in achieving the success of a construction project is a top priority for all workers involved. The purpose of this study looked at the influence of Occupational Safety and health on employee performance, work productivity, work motivation, and work environment. The approach chosen to collect the answers to the questionnaire distributed to 77 respondents involved the HSE coordinator, safetyman, executor, Foreman, chief handyman, and field workers on the project. Respondents ' answers which are primary data are processed with the help of SmartPLS 4.0.9.6 software. Analysis of the effect of OSH on all variables has a significant value of 0.000 and directly affect the performance of employees by producing a T-statistic value of 6,876, for work productivity has a T-statistic value of 8,627, on work motivation has a T-statistic value of 8,051, and the work environment has a T-statistic value of 5,806. The results in this study stated that Occupational Safety and health has a significant positive influence directly on employee performance, work productivity, work motivation, and work environment.
