Abstract

What is often found during the implementation of construction projects is the occurrence of discrepancies between the plan schedule and realization in the field which can result in increased implementation time and swelling implementation costs so that project completion becomes hampered. So that time acceleration is carried out using the PERT and TCTO methods The purpose of this study is to determine the value of opportunities or probabilities of work that is on a critical trajectory using the PERT method and to determine the crash duration and crash costs obtained by adding working hours, namely 1 hour and 3 working hours using the TCTO method. So that the comparison of the initial project time that is on a critical trajectory with the PERT and TCTO methods can be obtained. The results of this study found that the probability or opportunity obtained in activities that are on the creative trajectory using the PERT method is 50.13%. And for the use of the TCTO method, time acceleration is obtained with the addition of 1 working hour, which is for 194 days and for 3 working hours, which is for 178 days. With the addition of 1 working hour fee of Rp.410,843,294 or 4% and for 3 working hours of Rp.1,121,263,089 or 11% of normal costs
