Abstract
Concrete is a mixture of Portland cement or other hydraulic cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate and water, with or without admixtures. In addition to the quality of the constituent materials, the quality of the performance also becomes important in the manufacture of concrete. The quality of work in a construction is strongly influenced by the implementation of direct concrete, so it is very important to implement quality control of work. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method, namely examining the compressive strength values of cylinder samples and core compressive strength values at concrete quality fc 20.75 MPa in the structure of the Duri Islamic Center building against SNI 2847-2019 concerning building planning. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the quality of the planned concrete was fc' 20.75 MPa with a total concrete volume of 1928.25 m³. The compressive strength results of the cylinder sample during execution, the highest compressive strength was in sample 4 with a value of 50.66 MPa and the lowest value was in sample 1 with a value of 37.41 MPa, the average obtained was 44.97 MPa. The results of the compressive strength of core concrete (core drill) obtained varied values with the highest value being 41.27 MPa, for the lowest value being 13.79 MPa, to determine acceptance of quality based on the results of core concrete (core drill) based on the average of the entire number of samples tested with a value of 20.15 MPa, then there is a difference in the quality of the cylinder samples with the realized quality or core concrete of 24.85 MPa. Based on SNI 2847-2019 in article 26.5.3.2 (e) 100 percent acceptable quality, namely at Point 4, Point 5, Point 6, Point 9, Point 11, Point 12, Point 14, Point 15, and Point 16, for quality within the tolerance limit category or ? 85%, namely Point 1, Point 2, Point 3, Point 8, and Point 10, for quality in the unacceptable category or <75%, namely Point 7 and Point 13.
