Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of teacher qualifications on the ability to plan PAUD learning in Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Meranti Islands Regency. This study uses a quantitative correlational method. The population in this study amounted to 35 people who work as PAUD teachers in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency. The techniques used in data collection were questionnaires and documentation. To determine the influence of teacher qualifications on the ability to plan PAUD learning, it was processed using a linear regression analysis technique with the help of the SPSS application. The results of data analysis with statistical tests showed that the t-value (7.197)> t table (1.692) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it is concluded that there is a significant influence between the teacher qualification variable on the ability to plan learning in Tebing Tinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency.
